ARC HOME WATCH will be there when you can’t. As a full-service company our trained, insured and bonded staff will take the worry out of leaving your home whether it’s for a week or months at a time. Not being there to handle the normal things that come up-let alone emergencies can cause a lot of anxiety and expense. As an absentee homeowner’s advocate, our team has the experience and expertise to keep your mind at ease.
- Home Watch Inspections. Home Watch is the visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. ARC will check the main home, pool cabana and other structures on the property and notify you immediately of any visually identifiable damages. Upon your approval, ARC will schedule the remediation of the work by contacting either your preferred contractors or ARC’s licensed subcontractors. ARC will recommend preventative measures to improve your real estate’s longevity and help to avoid potential damage.
- Home Access Service. ARC will provide home access and supervise the work for the various subcontractors needed.
- Oversight. ARC will oversee the landscape and tree maintenance, pool maintenance, irrigation, and other contracted vendors to ensure work is completed to your satisfaction. ARC will provide regular updates with photos to memorialize the progress of your projects.
- Construction Services. ARC will provide free estimates for any repairs needed upon inspection of your property. In addition, ARC Residential Construction is a fully licensed general contractor. - Concierge Services. We will pick up your mail and forward to another destination, arrange for house cleaning prior to your arrival, stock your refrigerator or arrange private transportation to and from local airports or events.
